Information you give us

We collect personal information only when you choose to send it. The contact and "learn more" forms on this site ask for the following, and only the email address is required:

• Name
• Company or institution
• Email address
• Phone number
• Any comments you write in the message field

Information collected automatically

When you submit a form we also record the page you submitted it from, which button you used, the time of submission, and your browser user-agent string. This tells us what you were looking at when you got in touch so we can respond usefully.

If analytics are enabled on the build you are viewing, we also collect standard web analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site. Analytics are disabled entirely unless a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured for the deployment.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and follow up about training, pricing, or a pilot
• Send a whitepaper or other resource you asked to download
• Understand which parts of the catalog people are interested in
• Improve the website and the curriculum

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Google Firebase, which hosts this site and stores form submissions; Google Analytics, when enabled, for website measurement; and Google Fonts, which serves the typeface this site uses and receives your IP address as part of that request. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Where analytics are enabled, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to distinguish sessions. You can block or delete these in your browser without losing access to any part of the site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to answer you and to maintain a record of the business relationship, and then for as long as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled Google Cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, obtain a copy, or object to or restrict how we use it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising them. Residents of the UK, EU, and EEA have equivalent rights under the UK GDPR and GDPR.

To exercise any of these, email info@shockproof.ai. We will not charge you for a reasonable request, and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers process data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to a country whose data-protection laws may differ from your own.

Children

This site is intended for banking and credit professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The effective date above tells you when it last changed, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
